//Description of the workshop

Would you like to know the value of your startup or scaleup? Have you been approached for a potential investment/acquisition or would you like to offer your key employees shares and are you curious about a market standard-valuation? Or are you just curious on what return you could make on your equity today, or some point in the future?

Learn how different stakeholders assess business valuation. For instance, a venture capitalist (VC) evaluates valuation differently than a strategic party (e.g. a corporate) would. There are also differences in how various financial investors (private equity, venture capitalists, and angel investors) evaluate your company.

During this workshop we will discuss the most common methods of valuation used by different stakeholders in the startup/scaleup ecosystem and aim to provide you with a practical approach to apply these methodologies yourself.
