On Thursday, July 2nd, B. Amsterdam and Sober Club invite you to start your workday differently with breathwork, mindful energy and coffee on the rooftop.

The format has been adjusted into a smaller sunrise gathering.

Program

🧘 07:00 to 08:00 | Breathwork in Henry

Guided breathwork led by Oscar

Certified breathwork facilitator, Wim Hof Method instructor and Reiki practitioner

☕ 08:00 to 09:00 | Coffee and croissant on the rooftop

After the session, we will continue with coffee, croissants and light music on the rooftop.

People from the building are also welcome to join the breathwork session and connect afterwards.
